New portal keeps HR journeys on track

As part of Our People Promise, we pledge to build a working environment where “we care for you so you can care for others.”

You’ve told us that one welcome step would be to remove hurdles that cause distraction and frustration when you are trying to balance work with simple tasks such as scheduling time off or using our many benefits.

On Monday, June 16, we will introduce a new tool called HR Navigator. We hope it will become your go-to work/life hub where you can type a question and voilà — get what you need without endless clicks.

Starting Monday, HR support email will be a thing of the past. When you need HR help — like adding your new baby to your medical plan, checking your retirement savings or updating your home address — start with HR Navigator. You will find the new button on your desktop and on HHC Connect.

Please let us know what you think by using the feedback options in the portal to report what works well and how we can make it better. We will continue to refine HR Navigator to take the friction out of your HR experience because HR should work for you — not the other way around.
